Here at Fade Street Social, restaurant Dublin we celebrate the summer harvest, taking advantage of in-season foods and always evolving by creating NEW, fresh and exciting dishes. Last month we introduced The Restaurant specials and now it’s time to present our

NEW Summer GastroBar dishes:

Spiced pate de brick with sliced pear, tarragon and a little foie gras

Lobster martini with blood orange, avocado and fennel

Pea & Ham – summer pea mousse with fresh mint, flaked ham hock and crisp parmesan

This exciting City Centre Tapas bar layout positioned in the new hub of Dublin’s dining scene is a sharing concept that I have designed to allow simple, seasonal, innovation in small tapas style bursts of flavour.
So whether you’re going to the theatre, coming back from show or just enjoying the company of friends, this casual experience is always fun and engaging to be mulled over or eaten on the run.

OPENING HOURS:

Lunch: Thursday & Friday 12.30 to 3pm, Saturday & Sunday 12.30pm through dinner, Bank Holiday Mon – 1.00pm through dinner 
Dinner: Everyday 5.00pm to 10.30pm
