We’ve looked at the fact that there is still a demand for small plate restaurants, and what we’ve tried to do is something innovative without getting too fussy.” Dylan McGrath Gastro Bar is open for dinner: Sunday – Thursday 5.00pm to 10.30pm, Friday & Saturday 5.00pm to 11pm
