Sustainable, premium seafood from Ireland
We are proud to partner with Glenmar, one of Ireland’s leading premium seafood producers and distributors. Glenmar supplies an extensive range of high-quality seafood products, including live, fresh, frozen, and sea-frozen sashimi-grade selections, carefully sourced to meet the highest culinary standards.

With operations across five key locations—Dublin, West Cork, Midleton, Galway, and Wexford—Glenmar coordinates the landing and supply of over 150 fishing partners across all major species of shellfish and fish. In addition, the company operates 15 sea-frozen prawn factory vessels under its own brand, ensuring consistent quality and full traceability throughout the supply chain.

Every Glenmar Shellfish product is processed under strict food safety standards and regulatory compliance, giving chefs and customers complete confidence in freshness, quality, and consistency.

Glenmar has been recognised with the Bord Bia Exporter of the Year award across Ireland’s food and drink industry and operates under the Origin Green sustainability programme, reflecting its strong commitment to environmental responsibility, quality assurance, and ethical sourcing.

The company also produces its own branded range of hand-peeled Atlantic red prawn “Scampi Meat,” made without chemicals or added phosphates, which has become a staple in the Irish gourmet seafood market.
In response to growing demand, Glenmar also provides exclusive distribution of premium imported seafood brands such as seabass, bluefin tuna, caviar, and yellowtail.

More recently, the group expanded its operations through the acquisition of a processing and distribution facility known as Mary’s Fish, strengthening its distribution network across the West of Ireland and further enhancing supply efficiency nationwide.
