Welcome to one of Dublin's newest pizza restaurants, now open in the heart of Dublin city centre.

Inspired by the great tavern pizzas of Chicago and nearly a century of tradition at Vito & Nick's, we’ve created our own collection

We take our crusts seriously. Whether you crave an ultra-thin crunch or a thick, airy bake, we have a style with your name on it.

Tavern Style Pizza (Bar Pies) - Our signature pizza, thin, square cut, roasted malt cracker crust baked to a perfect 14” crunch.

Grandma Pies (Sharing for 2 People) - Light, airy, and spectacularly crispy square pies built for sharing.

The Daddy (18” New York Style Pizza, sharing-style) - Go big or go home. A massive 18" New York style pizza with a toasted rye and roasted malt crust that undergoes a signature 48-hour cold fermentation. Topped with San Marzano tomato, spicy tequila sauce, pepperoni, Nduja, straciatella, cheeses, torn basil, and a drizzle of 12-year Modena balsamic.

We’ve built a fresh, approachable wine list completely centered around organic and biodynamic producers. Thoughtfully sourced and available by the glass, carafe, or bottle, these living wines bring out the absolute best in our artisanal ingredients.

Fresh Whites & Juicy Reds: From a zingy, lime-forward Gruner Veltliner/Riesling blend to a velvety Sangiovese bursting with forest fruits, or our "Glu Glu" Carignan/Liedoner bottle.

We don't just pour drinks; we push boundaries. We are thrilled to showcase a bespoke cocktail menu designed in collaboration with Dave and the team from Bar 1661—creators of Ireland’s most acclaimed modern cocktail culture.

Dave has fused excellent mixology techniques with vibrant, seasonal elements to create signature serves that pair perfectly with our thin-crust bar pies, pizza and desserts.
